Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our financial planning and analysis initiatives, utilizing Oracle EPM Cloud to design, implement, and support enterprise performance management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial planning processes and models using Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Implement and optimize Essbase cubes for efficient reporting and analytics.
  • Design and manage metadata and security configurations to ensure seamless user access.
  • Provide in-depth training and support to users on Oracle EPM Cloud tools and technologies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementation and support, preferably in the Planning/EPBCS module.
  • Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including knowledge of accounting principles and FP&A best practices.
  • Proficiency in designing, optimizing, and reporting with Essbase cubes, as well as hands-on experience with Business Rules and Calculation Manager, Data Management, EPM Automate, Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Metadata and Security Management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and FP&A processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes.
