Oracle EPM Functional Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM/Finance Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle Financials. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, providing functional guidance across Oracle Financial modules, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Module Configuration: Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS) to meet business requirements.
  • Financial Expertise: Provide functional guidance across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, lead workshops, and drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS)
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS)
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (FP&A, close, reconciliation)
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Able to work independently from an offshore location
