Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle EPM - HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close). They will be responsible for implementing and configuring these systems, developing and maintaining complex financial models, reports, and dashboards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle EPM - HFM and FCCS to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable financial models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals
  • Conduct presentations and assignments to demonstrate core consulting skills and showcase expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and automate financial systems
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and methodologies to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM, with a strong focus on HFM and FCCS
  • Excellent functional knowledge of HFM and FCCS, with the ability to implement and configure systems efficiently
  • CPA/CA/M.Com/MBA (Finance) qualifications or equivalent, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work on-site and conduct client-facing presentations, with a strong presence and confidence
