Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tender Manager with 2–6 years of relevant experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering and proposal development process for projects in Carbon Markets, Renewable Energy, Environmental Services, and NBS initiatives.

They will collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, BD) and tender experts to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.

Additionally, they will draft and structure high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in Tender Management in the field of Climate Change and sustainability
  • Strong knowledge of tendering procedures in government, corporate, or donor-funded projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple deadlines
