  11. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our existing content supply portfolio of applications and services.
  12. Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack.
  13. Determine root cause for complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
  14. Remain current on new technologies and available vendor packages; evaluate and make recommendations as necessary.
  15. Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.
  16. Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.
  17. Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.
  18. Work closely with cross-functional teams and management.
