About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to provide software solutions and consulting services in a software deployment role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, XML, Java Script, PowerShell Script, SQL Queries, and Active Directory.
  • Manage high-priority technical issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server environments, including 2014, 2017, 2019, and 2022 versions.
  • Perform installation, upgrade, and support activities with minimal disruption to the business while following standard change management policies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in software deployment and customer-facing roles.
  • Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2022, and Terminal Services.
  • Technical knowledge in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft SQL Server environments.
  • Healthcare IT experience is a plus.

Primary Skills: windows 2022 Server environments, Microsoft SQL 2014, 2017, 2019, 2022 Server environments. Secondary Skills: Networking, Microsoft Active Directory
