Job Description

About our organization, a leading platform dedicated to making fitness easy, fun, and accessible to everyone. We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team.

We require a professional with expertise in facilities maintenance, including technical hard services FMS, electrical, and mechanical engineering. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facilities maintenance, ensuring timely completion and budget optimization
  • Oversee pool operations, water quality, and vendor management
  • Lead new project additions and launches, guaranteeing efficient delivery and cost-effectiveness
  • Design and implement Opex solutions, providing guidance to regional teams across the country
  • Validate purchase orders and procurement requests
  • Manage BAU and ODIN ticketing systems

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in facilities management, with a degree or diploma in electrical/mechanical engineering. They should possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
