Strategic Financial Directorship

The role of Chief Financial Officer is pivotal in safeguarding the financial integrity of an organization. This esteemed position requires a seasoned professional who can drive financial excellence and disciplined growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop, implement, and refine sophisticated financial models that integrate capex, working capital, and profit flows to ensure sustainable growth.
    • Design comprehensive internal control frameworks and audit systems to guarantee financial stability.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Ensure absolute compliance with regulatory mandates, tax laws, and accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
    • Oversee all statutory filings, disclosures, and communications to maintain timely accuracy.
  • Financial Reporting & Transparency:
    • Lead timely and precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting.
    • Take full ownership of statutory audits, tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and regulatory filings.
  • Cash Flow Management & Risk Mitigation:
    • Direct all treasury functions, emphasizing optimal liquidity and precise cash flow forecasting.
    • Implement rigorous risk management protocols for forex, vendor, and customer exposures.
  • Taxation Strategy & Compliance:
    • Architect and execute proactive, fully compliant tax planning strategies (direct and indirect), with specialized attention to export incentives and international taxation.
  • Internal Audit & Cost Optimization:
    • Champion a high-performing internal audit function, conducting deep-dive reviews into plant operations and cost control mechanisms.
    • Lead initiatives for cost optimization and efficiency improvements, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain; oversee cost audit processes and ensure compliance with relevant cost accounting standards.
  • Business Partnering & Team Development:
    • Act as a key financial business partner to functional heads, aligning financial strategies with operational, R&D, HR, and commercial objectives.
    • Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-caliber finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
