We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team.

This is a senior role that requires a strong background in structural engineering, with a focus on designing and developing innovative solutions for complex building projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, within budget and on time.
  • Collaborate with Directors, Project Managers, and Construction Managers to develop and integrate processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with clients and Structural design and BIM Engineers to produce creative designs.
  • Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct on-time performance reviews.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in structural engineering, preferably in a similar role.
  • B.Tech in Civil + M.Tech in Structure, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams.
Favorable Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D Structure Modelling Software.
  • Experience with Precast Technology and hands-on experience in designing Precast Buildings.
