Job Title: ERP Financial Consultant - Cloud Solutions

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and implement hands-on solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and Oracle E-business suite R12.
  2. Conduct business analysis, elicit and document business requirements, analyze business processes, and identify improvement opportunities.
  3. Participate in system design and configuration to ensure seamless data flow between systems and maintain data accuracy and consistency.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Fusion modules, providing functional expertise and guidance on configuration and process optimization.
  5. Develop and deliver training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption.
  6. Collaborate with technical consultants and business support specialists to ensure successful implementation and support of Fusion ERP systems.

Requirements:

  • Functional Knowledge: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules, including Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Accounting (PA), and Oracle Projects.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Oracle Fusion technology stack, including PaaS Technical, PLSQL, OTBI, and BI Reports.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP systems is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training and support to end-users.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion stack.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules and Oracle EBS R12.
  • Experience in at least 5 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS R12.
