Digital Marketing Specialist">Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and in-app messaging. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and align campaigns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in Adobe Campaign (Classic/v8) campaign execution and management
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, compliance, and GDPR
- Experience with SQL and JavaScript for segmentation and audience building
- Hands-on knowledge of campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates
- Understanding of data flows, customer journeys, and campaign automation
- Familiarity with multi-channel orchestration, including email, SMS, push, direct mail, and in-app messaging
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with reporting and campaign optimization
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including AEP, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template troubleshooting
- Exposure to integration with CRM/CDP systems, such as Adobe AEP and Snowflake
