
Front Desk Manager Role

This role is for an experienced professional who has worked in front desk management or a similar position in high-end hotels, having been involved in various functions at the core level to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
- Day-to-day operations management: Daily Front Desk duties, check-ins/outs, billing, Answer phone calls, emails, respond to inquiries
- Ensure Front Desk functions without errors, identify any lapses and rectify in real time
- Administrating front office functions on a daily basis
- Implementation, continuous review, improvement (kaizen)
- Filling-in duties as needed in case of absence or peak workload
- Ensuring billing, recovery, tracking invoices and payments (in conjunction with the accounts team)
- Maintaining oversight of all guest services daily
- Identifying critical guests, VIP arrivals, meeting & greeting, attending guests as necessary
- Answering day-to-day inquiries for short-term / long-term stays
- Excellent Verbal / Written communication skills, ability to write professional emails, drafting documents, presentations, etc.
- Hospitality attitude and aptitude, customer-centric, effective communication
- Thorough organization and supervisory skills
- Natural team player, patience, negotiation skills, resolving disputes/grievances with stakeholders, handling situations calmly, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality or related field
- Must have worked in 4/5 star hotels in a similar role for more than 3-4 years
