Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy across direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, institutional, gifting, and export channels.
  • Business Development & Partnerships: Drive large-scale institutional tie-ups with hotels, corporates, events, and wellness studios, while expanding gifting programs for corporate, seasonal, and global collaborations.
  • Brand & Marketing Custodianship: Collaborate with internal and external teams on brand storytelling, campaigns, and product launches to elevate our brand presence.
  • Operations & Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams comprising sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Impact & Sustainability: Ensure alignment with our mission of empowering Himalayan communities through sustainable practices.

Requirements:

  • 7–12 years of experience in consumer brands, FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
  • Proven track record of scaling businesses beyond one channel (D2C + B2B + partnerships).
  • Strong profit-and-loss management, business development, and operational leadership experience.
