Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inventory reconciliation between WMS and physical stock.
  • Track inward quantity, order processed quantity, and order cancelled quantity, and compare with available stock quantity.
  • Plan and execute inventory cycle counting once a month for each customer.
  • Conduct wall-to-wall counting for all customers at least once a quarter.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy above 99.65%.
  • Ensure inventory loss is below 0.03%.
  • Coordinate and provide required data to internal/external auditors.
  • Design and implement procedures to ensure zero loss of high-value items.
  • Reduce warehouse damages to inventory.
  • Verify packing material count on a daily basis.
