Procurement Specialist - Invoice Control
The Procurement Specialist - Invoice Control will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of vendor invoice processing. This includes verifying and validating invoice prices, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with vendors to resolve any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and validate invoice prices against purchase order prices and current maintained master data prices.
- Investigate root causes of price discrepancies and inconsistencies on vendor invoices.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to address and resolve invoice-related inquiries / discrepancies.
- Generate Debit / Credit Note requests and track their status.
- Maintain accurate records of price agreements and updates.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and procurement policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or vendor invoice control analyst role.
- Strong understanding of pricing agreements and global pricing structures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
