Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of .NET Application Support Manager. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of .NET Core, C#, and SQL database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving technical issues and providing timely support to clients and internal teams.
  • Performing root cause analysis to identify underlying issues.
  • Monitoring application alerts and providing proactive services.
  • Developing troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
  • Implementing solutions to optimize business performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in .NET Core with strong C# and SQL DB skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Excel and data processing/analysis using Excel.
  • DevOps: Azure DevOps.
  • Source Control: GIT.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
