Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, stabilize, and adopt digital manufacturing solutions.
  • Drive implementation of shop floor solutions aligned with annual operating plans and sector strategies.
  • Ensure digital solutions are integrated with business processes to deliver efficiency.
  • Oversee project delivery by tracking progress, anticipating risks, and resolving roadblocks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 10–12 years of relevant IT experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing digitization and automation.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation within plant environments.
  • Hands-on experience deploying industrial digitization programs (e.g., MES, SCADA).
