Strategic Growth Associate - Full-Time

Seeking a high-ownership individual to drive revenue growth, support partnerships, and manage go-to-market workflows. This role is designed for smart, fast-moving graduates from top-tier colleges who want to work directly with founders on growth, partnerships, and execution.

You will be responsible for driving revenue expansion, supporting strategic collaborations, managing GTM processes, and enabling cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will have firsthand visibility into how a venture-backed startup builds and scales partnerships, GTM motion, and enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth & GTM Execution
  • Support outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team.
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Track progress of deals, pilots, and renewals, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.
  • Assist in designing and executing growth campaigns across markets.
  • Partnership & Strategic Projects
  • Support founders in structuring partnership proposals, GTM plans, and strategic collaborations.
  • Research and identify potential ecosystem partners, events, and enterprise opportunities.
  • Prepare partner decks, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives.
  • Track partnership outcomes and ensure follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Business Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain trackers for pipeline, partnership progress, and growth KPIs.
  • Prepare dashboards, review decks, and performance reports for founders and investors.
  • Provide insights into market/competition analysis to inform GTM strategy.
  • Operational Support for Growth
  • Coordinate founder calendars around growth and partnership deliverables.
  • Ensure real-time visibility on all live growth projects through structured updates.
  • Assist in event/project exposure such as roadshows, conferences, and client showcases.
  • Documentation & Communication
  • Create SOPs for outreach, partnerships, and client onboarding processes.
  • Maintain central documentation for GTM workflows, sales enablement, and proposals.
  • Draft crisp updates, decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
