Customer Success Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a leadership role in our Customer Success Team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs and be able to develop effective strategies to drive business growth.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to lead a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful onboarding and retention of customers. This will involve developing strong relationships with customers, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to maximize customer value.

As a trusted advisor, the Customer Success Lead will work closely with customers to understand their business goals and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations to help them achieve success. This may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers at all levels. They will also have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Provide strategic recommendations to help customers achieve success

Requirements:

  • 9-12 years of experience in CRM or Customer Success
  • Strong attention to detail, dedicated work ethic, organized, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Excellent presentation skills
