Business Valuation Expertise

As a seasoned expert in business valuation, you will play a pivotal role in the evaluation of businesses and intangible assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial statement analysis to identify trends and risks associated with businesses.
  • Challenge assumptions related to future financial projections and collaborate on the development of discount rates.
  • Perform comprehensive market and industry research to develop informed estimates of industry growth.
  • Design and review complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Present analyses and findings to internal stakeholders and external clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial valuation, focusing on fair value assessments, debt and equity valuation, purchase price allocation, and goodwill impairments.
  • Experience working with financial databases such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and Excel is essential.
  • A strong track record of managing multiple projects and delivering results under tight deadlines is necessary.
