We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Valuation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in business valuation.

As a Business Valuation Specialist, you will play a key role in performing and managing business valuation engagements for both financial reporting and tax purposes. You will be responsible for reviewing 3rd party valuations, assembling market and guideline comparable financial and valuation data, and valuing equity, debt, derivatives, and other assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business valuation engagements for financial reporting and tax purposes.
  • Review 3rd party valuations and provide feedback to clients.
  • Assemble and analyze market and guideline comparable financial and valuation data.
  • Value equity, debt, derivatives, and other assets.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business valuation engagements.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in US tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • Proven experience in business valuation (8+ years).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., Excel).
