Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our managed services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of client services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM). You will work closely with our security teams to implement zero-trust and identity governance models.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in PAM solutions, including BeyondTrust, and experience with cloud IAM services such as Azure and AWS. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work in a 24/7 managed service environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, engineer and manage PAM solutions from BeyondTrust to secure critical systems and infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows
  • Troubleshoot PAM issues including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures
  • Integrate PAM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.
  • Manage Azure privileged access using Entra PIM and Conditional Access
  • Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine tasks and reporting.
  • Conduct periodic audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting
  • Administer Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments
  • Enforce MFA, adaptive access policies, and RBAC across hybrid environments
  • Monitor authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats
  • Ensure compliance with IAM security policies and regulatory standards
  • Investigate IAM-related security incidents and unauthorized access attempts
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement zero-trust and identity governance models
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments, including patching, performance tuning, and access control
Requirements
  • 4–12 years of hands-on experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies
  • Strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM
  • Working knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols and experience with scripting languages for task automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Professional certifications preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, structured and independent working style
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 managed service environment when required and continuously upgrade technical skills
