About Us

Our organization specializes in delivering comprehensive workplace design, execution, and operations services to global clients.

We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects for premium clients in Bengaluru.

This role involves leading project teams through various stages, from briefing and design coordination to on-site execution, quality checks, and handover.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing high-value or GCC-related assignments and will possess excellent leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead turnkey fit-out execution: interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  • Prepare and control project plans: schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  • Coordinate internal/external stakeholders: clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE, and building codes.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • 8-15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value or GCC-related assignments.
  • Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
