Job Title: Project Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in project coordination and management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and documentation skills, supporting software development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate software development projects by supporting product owners and development teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams (developers, testers, designers) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, partners) to align on project objectives and requirements.
  • Maintain and distribute project documentation including project plans, product backlogs, user stories, and retrospectives.
  • Track project progress, impediments, and dependencies; escalate issues and coordinate resolution to maintain project velocity and delivery timelines.
  • Organize and coordinate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices, promoting continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in project coordination or management, with at least 3 years in software development environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical audiences.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting Scrum or Kanban teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar Agile certification.
  • Experience working in software development industries.
