Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and growth.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Identify customers' financial goals and provide personalized financial planning assistance.
  • Conduct competition analysis to provide professional advice to customers.
  • Manage daily appointments with customers from the allocated database.

Sales

  • Foster cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with allocated customers.

Measures of Success

  • Adhere to TAT for updating CRM Next.
  • Meet cross-sell and up-sell business goals on a monthly basis.
  • Collect payments and premiums from 91-180 days due policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve retention targets.
  • Conduct at least 45 unique customer meetings per month.
  • Attend more than 90% of total working days.
  • Score 80% or higher in functional trainings.

  • Internal: HR, Trainers, Supervisors, Peers.
  • External: Customers.

Key Competencies

  • Basic computer knowledge.

Desired Qualification and Experience

0-1.5 years of sales experience in insurance, mutual funds, CASA, investments, loans, or real estate.

Age: 20-25 years.

Must own a conveyance.
