We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at GPS Marketing INC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and email marketing. They will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns that meet or exceed sales targets, as well as analyzing campaign data to optimize future performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future performance
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a lead or management role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
