About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, developing data-driven strategies, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to support business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing goals with organizational objectives.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Develop creative briefs, oversee content creation, and coordinate with internal teams or agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
    • Measure and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
    • Lead the development and refinement of the brand's voice, identity, and market presence.
    • Monitor brand health metrics and take proactive steps to maintain or improve the brand's image.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support for career growth.
    • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture within the marketing department.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, etc.) to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management:
    • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals while optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
    • Track and report on spending and performance against budget.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
    • Utilize marketing automation tools and platforms to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of campaigns and marketing activities.
    • Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, making recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
    • Utilize A/B testing, market research, and other methods to refine marketing strategies.
  • Partnerships & External Relationships:
    • Identify and build strategic partnerships with key influencers, agencies, and media to increase brand visibility and drive marketing effectiveness.
    • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5-8 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and projects.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team, as well as collaborate across departments.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
  • Deep understanding of brand management, consumer psychology, and market research.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
