This role is responsible for maintaining the financial accuracy of our operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing.

\About the Position\

You will be accountable for preparing and issuing invoices to customers and meeting invoice delivery timelines. This involves understanding the key areas in invoicing specific to customer requirements.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner\
  • Meet invoice delivery timelines while ensuring accuracy\
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites\
  • Submit invoices electronically using data interchange\
  • Verify each field on invoices before submission\
  • Maintain accurate records and backups for all invoices\
  • Provide timely updates on invoice submission status\
  • Maintain logs and process files as reference\
  • Work closely with payroll and invoicing teams to optimize the invoice submission process\
  • Send statements of accounts to customers\
  • Reconcile self-billed cases with approved timesheets\
  • Handle invoice rejections and credit/rebill issues\
  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for invoicing processes\\Requirements\

    • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in invoicing\
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills\
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table)\
    • Good analytical and process knowledge\
