Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Finance Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS filing, and preparation of returns.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage tax audits and ensure timely submission of necessary documents.
  2. Collaborate on quarterly internal audits and annual audits, liaising with external auditors for smooth and timely completion.
  3. Create and file annual contracts with clients.
  4. Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement while adhering to statutory requirements.
  5. Prepare estimates, tax invoices, and credit notes for clients.
  6. Track client payments weekly using bank statements and follow up on overdue payments.
  7. Maintain accurate records using Tally and Zoho Books.
  8. Issue purchase orders (POs) to vendors and track client payments.
  9. Generate monthly income and expenditure statements.
  10. Create monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements for the organization.
  11. Maintain annual trial balance and balance sheet.
  12. Manage all compliance requirements related to Private Limited companies.
  13. Handle tax compliance for both the company and employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience with a CA company.
  • Core knowledge of accounting and experience in the finance field in service businesses like marketing/ad agencies.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Tally & Zoho books.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Pvt. company financial compliance.
  • Strong communication skills to deal with day-to-day business finance matters.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive attitude.
