Finance Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our financial operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the integrity of our financial records.
  • Conduct daily sales report preparation and circulation among stakeholders.
  • Audit all revenue transactions for accuracy and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Prepare and issue management reports as required.
  • Reconcile credit cards daily and post to the system.
  • Evaluate and optimize cash handling and management processes.

Cash Handling and Management:

  • Collect and count cashier envelopes daily with a witness.
  • Record all amounts received in the General Cashier Daily Report.
  • Manage petty cash, disburse cash after verification, and maintain a register of advances.
  • Supervise outlet cashiering staff to ensure effective operations.
  • Maintain optimal cash float levels.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support financial reporting.
  • Assist with annual and interim audits.
  • Maintain proper filing and adhere to record retention policies.
  • Support general accounting duties and financial documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and property management systems.
  • Attention to detail with ability to assess financial information.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
