Job Overview

We're looking for a seasoned HR expert with 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and maintaining HR systems to support a productive and engaged workforce.

Talent Acquisition

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools, excellent organisational and multitasking skills, and the ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding
  • Building a strong talent pipeline using job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align hiring strategies accordingly

HR Operations

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and improving HR operations, including employee records, HR systems, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Overseeing leave and attendance management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Addressing and resolving employee grievances in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies

Employee Engagement & Life Cycle Management

The ideal candidate will also develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating on boarding processes to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organisation
  • Conducting exit formalities, including exit interviews, documentation, and feedback collection
  • Collaborating on initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention

  • A strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights
  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices

Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:

  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and HR operations
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is a plus
