About the role

As a mentor, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting individuals as they navigate their careers. This may involve providing advice, sharing your own experiences, and helping others to identify and achieve their goals.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is empathetic, motivational, and able to communicate effectively with others. You should have good English communication skills and at least one year of work experience.

Additional qualifications such as knowledge of mentorship, teaching, coaching, customer care, or communication are also desirable.
