As a seasoned website manager, you will oversee the maintenance of our websites to ensure high-quality content, optimal performance, and an exceptional user experience.

About this role:
  • This position involves managing the website and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing responsibilities and timely execution of tasks, liaising with design and development teams, and proactively pitching improvements to the website.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee web operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management of the website
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to align website goals with business objectives
  • Promote digital excellence by planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the client's website
  • Identify and address website issues promptly, including troubleshooting and security breaches
  • Cultivate effective communication and collaboration with teams and clients to meet their needs
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to improve user experience and website efficiency through regular test plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain our competitive edge
  • Analyze and report on website performance, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with web technologies and Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Experience working with Agile Methodology for Project Management
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and API documentation
