Antimicrobial Research Scientist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Antimicrobial Research Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our Microbiology team, you will play a vital role in substantiating antimicrobial claims for new projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG or cleaning and hygiene product manufacturing industry with hands-on knowledge of conducting antimicrobial performance evaluations using global standards like EN ASTM and ISO. Your hunger to learn and self-starting abilities will help you succeed in this role.

  • Support new product development teams in substantiating antimicrobial claims for new projects
  • Independently plan and conduct experiments to evaluate the antimicrobial efficacy of prototype formulations and finished products
  • Contribute towards continuous improvement of R D laboratory procedures and best practices
  • Maintain lab records in compliance with Microbiology Laboratory and Global Quality standards
  • Liaise with external laboratories to ensure timely delivery of results
