Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the scrap metal trading industry, demonstrating success in sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing: Identify and source scrap metal from industrial manufacturers, demolition companies, and recycling facilities.
  2. Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers and buyers to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking out new business opportunities to expand market share.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes affecting the scrap metal industry to inform decision-making and strategy.
  5. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate transportation and logistics of scrap metal shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety regulations.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and environmental standards governing the scrap metal trading industry.
