Job Seekers, we invite an experienced SAP MM Technical Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team and drive successful implementation and support of Materials Management systems.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Materials Management processes, SAP functional knowledge, and ability to develop test plans for complex CRs and create functional specifications for coding/configuration tasks.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and commitment to business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End User Support and Provide L3 help to End Users in using Applications
  • User follow up, updating Incident and other tickets and closing the Call
  • Provide functional insights to Technical Team for Incidents and Problem tickets which could not be solved by L2 Team
  • Change Management, Developing and providing Functional specification for the medium And Complex CRs which require Coding /Configuration
  • Conducting the Functional testing for all the medium & complex CRs Preparation of System related MIS Assist the training team on providing functional insights during End User training or training to Power users
Requirements:
  • Implementation of Materials Management Experience Essential : 5+ years of Business Functional experience in a reputed Organization 10+ Years of Project / Support experience in MM module With MDG and ARIBA Understanding of SAP Technical Knowledge Should have worked at least in 2 SAP Implementation Rollout Projects
Desirable Qualifications:
  • ITIL foundation course certification with working Functionality
  • Working experience in manufacturing company Working experience in SAP surround systems on non SAP platforms Working experience in work flows
