We are seeking a dedicated and experienced construction professional to join our team in Nellore, India. As a Construction Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects by overseeing site activities, maintaining documentation, enforcing safety protocols, and implementing quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including drawings, reports, permits, and correspondence, to ensure compliance and facilitate project management.
- Conduct preliminary site inspections to assess site conditions, identify potential challenges, and gather information necessary for project planning and execution.
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accurate implementation of design plans and specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing site activities, progress updates, issues encountered, and recommended solutions for review by project stakeholders.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses to support budgeting and cost control efforts.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that construction activities meet specified standards and project requirements.

- Evaluate site operations and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization.
- Provide support to the project management team by coordinating site activities, resolving issues, and addressing project-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Undertake technical activities as required, including site surveys, measurements, material testing, and construction supervision, to ensure project quality and progress.
- Assist in the management of site personnel, subcontractors, and resources to achieve project objectives within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required to oversee construction activities, attend meetings, and liaise with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer (5 years +) or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in interpreting drawings, preparing reports, and developing cost estimates.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
