Construction Site Management Position

This is a full-time on-site role responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control and coordination with stakeholders.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare site plans and specifications to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, and safety codes.
  • Direct or perform surveys and measurements as needed.
  • Possess knowledge of excavation processes and work height procedures.
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets for projects.
  • Plan and coordinate construction activities for timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs.
  • Perform geotechnical analysis and conduct soil tests for structural foundations.
  • Report on work progress and budget matters to seniors.
  • Ensure materials and workmanship meet project quality standards and design requirements.
  • Address problems that may arise during construction.
  • Ensure the project complies with all building and safety codes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • On-site project management experience in civil and structural engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong background in quality control processes and safety compliance in construction projects.
  • Proficiency in using AI-based project planning and scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Site Engineer with a degree or diploma in civil engineering and 2-3 years of experience.
