Role Description

We are looking for a
Junior Project Engineer
to join us on-site in
Nellore, AP
, for a
6-month contract
. This role is ideal for candidates with
up to 5 years of experience
in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Site Management
, who are eager to apply their knowledge and gain hands-on experience in project execution and management.

You will work closely with the
Principal Consultant
and project team to support various site activities, including:

  • Assisting in
    site coordination
    and
    workflow management
  • Monitoring and reporting on
    project progress and timelines
  • Maintaining
    documentation
    , drawings, and construction logs
  • Conducting
    data analysis
    related to site activities
  • Supporting
    quality control
    and ensuring compliance with safety and standards
  • Learning and applying
    project management tools and methods
  • Contributing to the
    continuous improvement
    of site practices

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Civil Engineering
    ,
    Architecture
    , or
    Construction Management
  • Up to
    5 years of experience
    in site execution or project coordination
  • Sound understanding of
    construction site operations
  • Strong
    organizational
    and
    time-management
    abilities
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    and
    AutoCAD
  • Excellent
    communication
    and
    interpersonal
    skills
  • Keen eye for
    detail
    and
    accuracy
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with
    project management principles
    is a plus
  • Must own a
    smartphone
    and
    laptop
    to support work activities
