Loan Servicing Process Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee all phases of Loan Servicing/Auto Lending. This role involves managing daily production, ensuring tasks are completed within timelines, reviewing and validating updates from onshore, supporting team leads in training, conducting daily reviews, and resolving escalations to meet SLA targets.
- Supervise the daily activities of the team
- Oversee and coordinate processing and performing transaction analysis
- Perform reporting, quality assurance & provide trainings for new hires & as and when applicable
- Evaluate users' compliance with appropriate procedures, regulations and guidelines
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all transactions
- Manage and resolve any concerns, problems, and documentation issues
- Identify gaps and assist in documenting processes and procedures
- Prioritize work and meet service level agreements
- Handle / help resolve escalations at process level to ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of loan servicing/ auto lending industry
