You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development from ideation to execution. Your leadership will be key in building a high-performing engineering team, fostering innovation, and ensuring the scalability and security of our payment systems.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with executives, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse engineering team focused on designing and building innovative prepaid payment solutions.
- Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Set clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics to ensure engineering teams are aligned with business objectives.
- Manage resource allocation and prioritize engineering projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and features.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of payment systems, including prepaid cards, digital wallets, transaction processing, and related technologies.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software architecture, coding, and system design.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (i.e., Jira, Confluence) is highly desired.
Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
- Proven experience in managing and scaling engineering teams and driving product delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities to make data-driven decisions.
