Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated professional to source and procure spare parts, consumables, and technical equipment for our vessels.

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure reliable support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in international logistics and customs clearance for marine spares.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase requisitions from vessels and fleet management teams efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to arrange timely delivery of goods to vessels at ports worldwide.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
  • Support the monitoring and control of procurement budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality or safety.
Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all procurement activities are in compliance with maritime regulations and classification society requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor agreements.
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of vessel maintenance and dry-docking requirements.
  • Familiarity with international maritime regulations.
  • Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software.
  • Experience in international logistics and customs clearance for marine spares.
