About the Role:
As a Rotating Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of rotating equipment. This involves providing engineer-level support for condition monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
Your primary focus will be on utilizing various condition monitoring techniques, including vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and video inspection, to identify potential issues and prevent major breakdowns.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability improvement plans, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
To achieve this, you will analyze and interpret condition-based data, conduct root cause analyses, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
In addition, you will monitor and track equipment condition, identifying areas for improvement and implementing preventive measures to maintain optimal performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Accredited vibration analysis training (Cat I)
- Knowledge of condition monitoring data systems (CSI Emerson SKF, GE System1 SmartSignal)
- Familiarity with various vibration standards
- Basic understanding of rotor dynamics, mechanical design, and equipment function
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Formal training in condition monitoring techniques from vendors, consultants, or reputed technical training institutes
- Certification in condition monitoring techniques
- Experience in a power, refinery, petrochemical industry
