Senior Technology Executive

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the technological advancement of a global logistics and freight forwarding technology platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate a forward-looking technology strategy that aligns with long-term product and business objectives.
  • Oversee full lifecycle product development, from conception and prototyping through to launch, growth, and improvement.
  • Foster, guide, and mentor globally distributed teams of engineers, QA professionals, architects, and DevOps specialists.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.

Requirements:
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, system architecture, and full-stack development (e.g., Java, Angular, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to scale engineering organizations and lead distributed teams across regions.
  • Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership.
