Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Corporate Financial Analyst at Arena Investors I Quaestor Advisors, you will be responsible for coordinating the monthly close process of the investment advisor, management companies, general partners, and affiliated entities. This includes:

  • Management reporting and budgeting/forecasting process, including budget vs actual analysis and cash flow projections
  • Corporate accounting system entries and trial balance
  • Manage expense allocations and payments across complex corporate and fund structures
  • Financial performance and analysis of business

Additional Responsibilities:

You will also drive efficiencies across all management company accounting functions through process improvements and technology enhancements. This includes preparation of quarterly board packages and KPI metrics reports, as well as assisting in ad hoc requests, technology initiatives, and special projects. Additionally, you will provide support for and analysis of new business initiatives for firm growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with an ability to think broadly about the business, incorporating continual improvement of processes and procedures with a goal of excellence while focusing on accuracy and efficiency. Required qualifications include:

  • CA/CPA with 0-2 years of experience
  • Very strong Excel and data management skills
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
