As a Senior Analyst 2 - Project Controlling, you'll be part of our Global Finance Centre, working closely with dedicated teams to drive financial health and transparency in our R&D programs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage program accounting and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and internal control rules.
  • Organize program reviews from start to end, ensuring consistency with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze execution performance and propose action plans to drive improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new methods and tools for program management.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of Work Package Controllers, as needed.

About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in Finance or equivalent (CA/CMA).
  • Experience or understanding of FP&A/Corporate finance.
  • Knowledge of long-term project accounting.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic situations.
