**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team at Skep IT Systems. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong background in data management, performance analysis, and financial reporting. This role will involve collecting, storing, and managing data related to the performance of construction, automation, warehouse equipment, and solar installation projects. The Senior Financial Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing maintenance contracts, building regional and global finance reports, and performing vendor spend and labor utilization analytics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Data Management and Analysis:**

- Collect, store, and manage data related to the performance of construction, automation, warehouse equipment, and solar installation projects.

- Analyze maintenance contracts data to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for improvement.

**Financial Reporting:**

- Build and maintain regional and global finance reports and dashboards for leadership.

- Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

**Vendor and Labor Analytics:**

- Perform comprehensive vendor spend analysis to optimize procurement and spending strategies.

- Analyze labor utilization to ensure optimal resource allocation and identify cost-saving opportunities.

**Cross-functional Collaboration:**

- Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary data and provide financial insights.

- Collaborate with the IT department to enhance data collection and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred. The candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the construction, automation, or energy sectors. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools is required. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) are also necessary. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, are also required. The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Preferred skills include experience with dashboard creation tools such as Tableau or Power BI, knowledge of construction, automation, warehouse equipment, and solar installation project management, and familiarity with vendor management and labor utilization best practices. Personal attributes include being detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality, proactive and self-motivated, with a drive for continuous improvement, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
