Job Overview

The role of a Wedding Decor Specialist involves providing exceptional wedding decoration solutions to clients. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and preferences, creating customized decoration plans, and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their wedding decoration requirements
  • Develop and present personalized decoration plans that meet client needs and expectations
  • Manage the coordination and execution of decoration projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Collaborate with production teams to source materials, equipment, and services needed for decoration projects
  • Ensure seamless communication with clients throughout the project duration, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the Wedding industry in business development and decoration planning
  • Excellent knowledge of wedding decor trends, venue layouts, and design principles
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and vendors
  • Proficiency in creating mood boards, detailed presentations, and visual displays of decoration concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related field; experience in the wedding industry is highly valued
