Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role:

The objective of this role is to drive revenue growth and market penetration through the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

* Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for maximizing sales potential.
 
* Develop and improve sales analytics to monitor and track sales performance.
 
* Develop go-to-market strategies for new regions, including market research, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.

Revenue Generation:

* Drive revenue growth by effectively managing and expanding the sales pipeline.
 
* Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
 
* Active involvement in strategic sales activities, including super premium account management and deal negotiations.

Sales Operations:

* Implement and optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
 
* Collaborate with other departments to drive deep engagement with school stakeholders, resulting in better retention of schools and upsell/cross-sell of products.
 
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Customer Delight:

* Increase customer loyalty and satisfaction by addressing customer needs, pain points, and feedback.
 
* Identify factors that drive customer loyalty.
 
* Regularly interact and communicate with customers to create a WOW factor and increase bonding.

Requirements:

* B.Tech/B.E./Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field with MBA from a reputed institution.
 
* Proven track record of successfully leading a regional sales team, preferably in the Edtech/IT sales industry.
 
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
 
* Successful track record of planning and rolling out Go-to-market strategies
 
* Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting data and make data-driven decisions.
 
* Experience with sales analytical tools.
