User Experience Lead

We are seeking a seasoned UX designer to craft intuitive experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing products.

This role is ideal for creative thinkers with 7+ years of experience, a solid portfolio, and a passion for shaping user experiences in evolving tech landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Apply user-centered design methods and usability principles to create innovative solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, product owners, PMs, and developers, to deliver impactful solutions.
  • UX Design: Create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply creative and critical thinking to solve complex design problems.
  • Communication: Present work across different disciplines using excellent communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with the latest AI technologies.
  • Proven experience in creating functional prototypes.
  • Flexibility to accommodate meetings with global teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
  • A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve design challenges and communicate effectively.
